RE RE RE Summer heat wow now thats an idea! I think i could get in before work when it is cooler. I would have to lower the length of them like you said. RE SUMMER HEAT Well you have a few options, you can train before work when it is cooler or you can compact your workouts and make them 30-40mins in and out you might have to train an xtra day as you have compacted your workouts, what are your thouhts on that? |
heat of summer (re) my workouts vary from 1-2 hours in length. I usually come in after work between four and five in the avo. ANy suggestions? |

Motivation in the heat of summer Dear Laura, I am calling on the limits of your expertise in this particular matter. It is extremely hot at this time of year. I find it extremely uncomfortable to train in these conditions. I find that it is hard to gain motivation. What is a good way to motivate myself - when it is so darn hot and sweaty? |

motivation Don't you find it hard to get motivated at this time of the year? I think that if you can find a training partner it would make it a lot easier, or even consider getting a Personal trainer, we all know that they motivate and punish you. Food for thought. |
